Meet Our Team
Liam Howells
Owner / Performance Nutritionist
Liam Howells is a highly experienced Coach and Performance Nutritionist with a decade of dedicated expertise, headquartered in County Clare, Ireland.
Liam operates both remotely and in-person, offering his expertise to individual athletes and teams spanning all levels, from Amateur to Elite. His impressive client portfolio includes esteemed organisations such as the Munster Rugby, Sheffield Eagles Rugby League, as well as numerous County and Great Britain athletes.
While Liam possesses a versatile understanding of various sports, his primary focus as a performance nutritionist has been on team and endurance sport athletes.

nathan oxford
Strength and Conditioning Coach
Nathan is a qualified strength and conditioning coach. He has represented his country in the sport of swimming and powerlifting, breaking the British Junior Record as a backstroke swimmer and also winning the World Masters swimming championships, breaking a competition best performance record at the same meet. More recently, Nathan has moved in to Powerlifting and represented England at the Commonwealth Powerlifting championships, winning gold in the bench press.
He is currently studying a Masters in Strength and Conditioning and supports a number of sports teams with their strength and conditioning programmes. He also has experience in working with Swim England at numerous youth training camps.
