I started working with Liam in August 2021 as I am a competitive Ironman triathlete and suffered from GI distress in every event. After years of trying to fix through googling, reading and listening to podcasts, I finally decided it was time to hire a pro.
I had a few goals, a) help me lose a little weight without the loss of muscle. b) correct GI distress during the race
Through their guidance, I was easily able to get to an ideal race weight. No magic tricks here, you still have to do the work, but it felt much easier with the help of a nutritionist.
I also set my race PB by 25 minutes, down to 9 hours and 17 minutes, which was an excellent time for me. Even better, my GI distress was very minimized and I felt more comfortable than I ever had before during the run.
